Seattle Dance Collective (SDC), founded by Pacific Northwest Ballet Principal Dancers Noelani Pantastico and James Yoichi Moore, announces the release of Gallop Apace, a compelling new work featuring New York City Ballet Principal Dancer Sara Mearns, with choreography by Bobbi Jene Smith and Or Schraiber, and cinematography by Trevor Tweeten. Gallop Apace is set to premiere on April 15 and will be available for streaming from April 15-22, 2021.

Seattle Dance Collective (SDC), under the direction of Pacific Northwest Ballet Principal Dancers Noelani Pantastico and James Yoichi Moore, presents five new works - all conceived and produced under the constraints of social distancing. Continuum: Bridging the Distance, will be broadcast digitally over the course of five weeks, beginning with the world premiere of Penny Saunders’ Home on July 2, 2020.

Seattle Dance Collective (SDC), under the direction of Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB) principal dancers Noelani Pantastico and James Yoichi Moore, will present works by five choreographers from three continents for the company’s debut performances July 12-14 at Vashon Center for the Arts (VCA). The featured choreographers represent both established and emerging voices in the world of modern ballet and contemporary dance.

Noelani Pantastico and James Yoichi Moore, celebrated principal dancers with Pacific Northwest Ballet, announce the formation of the Seattle Dance Collective: a new vehicle to further explore and share their artistry with the greater Seattle community. Seattle Dance Collective (SDC) aims to create unique opportunities for collaboration between dancers and choreographers, and to contribute engaging, thought-provoking programs to audiences in Seattle and beyond.
